Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card and is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I will send you an invoice via email after every sessions.
At this time, I do not accept health insurance. If your insurance plan has out of network mental health coverage, upon request, I can provide a monthly statement for you to receive reimbursement. Additionally, insurance companies often require mental health diagnosis to provide you reimbursement of the sessions. It will take me a few sessions or more to assess and discuss an appropriate diagnosis with you. Since the coverage that’s offered varies by insurance company and plan, I recommend that you contact your insurance company for detailed information about the coverage available to you and your family.
I find it very important to have consistency and commitment for therapy to be effective. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reasons, please let me know as soon as possible. Since I reserve a weekly spot for you, cancellations received less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged for the cost of the session.
